This class is designed to increase your strength while also improving balance by toning muscles with a variety of light to moderate weight exercises. This is a complete body workout using various muscle groups. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.

Yin yoga poses are designed to mindfully and slowly access the fascia and connective tissue in the body, usually around the joints. This annual school FUNdraiser hosted by the Babcock Schools Parent Volunteers is to raise money and awareness for the Arts and Music Programs at Babcock Schools. It is this fundraisers' 5th year with continual growth in impact and funds raised each year! Arts and Music is a vital part of a well rounded education. We want to build a robust program for our students and need your help!Cash bar, formal dinner will be served with live music and student performances.
